Major Obligations
- Participate in all stages of the product design process from research to development delivery and user feedback.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and technical teams to take a leadership role in Product Design.
- Uphold the integrity of the design process and verify that the translation of designs into code faithfully mirrors the design specifications.
- Precisely assess design ticket estimations during planning sessions.
- Participate in sketching sessions involving non-designers. Create, refine, and manage UI deliverables, encompassing sketch files, style guides, high-fidelity prototypes, micro-interaction specifications.
- Ensure data-driven design decisions by identifying assumptions to test in each sprint. Collaborate with analysts and our team to strategize moderated usability test sessions.
- Craft pixel-perfect responsive UIs and recognize that embracing common interface patterns enhances UX more effectively than reinventing the wheel.
- Showcase your work to the broader business audience during Show & Tell sessions.
Job & Qualifications
- Possesses a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Designer.
- Demonstrates proficiency in using design tools such as Sketch and InVision or Framer A.
- Has previous experience working in an agile environment, including familiarity with two-week sprints.
- Is well-acquainted with using Jira and Confluence as integral parts of their workflow.
